Founding Director

Graduate in Accountancy (MUB2005), BASS (2017- 2019).
Worked as project Accountant for seven years at Community Volunteer Initiative for Development, as Finance Assistant at EGPAF, project Implimentation and Finance Coordinator at Lutheran Church of Uganda before founding Marianne Foundation.
Passionate about social development and Social Justice.

Rose Mulinde

Chairperson Board of Directors

With vast experience in women entrepreneurship.

Her dream is to have women empowered at family level economically, socially and politically.

As a women entrepreneur, she started many Businesses

Clare Killian

Development Director – International Relations

Clare Killian holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies as well as Spanish and a minor degree in Bioethics. She is a Master’s in Public Health with concentrations in Global Health and Maternal and Child Health candidate at Boston University!

Programs Assistant- Livelihood

Her passion is working with women to cause an impact in their lives- one woman at a time.
Her wish is to be a great and responsible citizen that has capacity to change and Impact many lives of women, from family, to village and at community level.

Community Based trainer

Holds a Certificate in Project Planning and Management. She has passion for transforming fellow women to make them earn and take care of their own families without relying on their husbands for a living.

Nambago Sylivia

Director of operations

Was born on 24/ 3/ 1989
She attended St. Aloysius P/S in mbarara , she attended Kibubura girls ss for O’level before joining Valley College Bushenyi. Later she sat her A’level at Kitagwenda High school , Kamwenge district.

She is a principal farmer mainly crop farming. Her passion is Farming and she believes in women Financial Independence.

Kuruka Amutuhaire

Resource mobilization Officer (volunteer)

Currently doing Bachelors Degree in theology major in organizational leadership in his final year. Kuruka has previously studied and practiced building as a profession. He is well-versed in project management, fund development, macro enterprise development, evaluation, change leadership, marketing, computer ,and talented at passionate about music. In his church, He organized events for Youth groups.
